Government decides to keep fuel prices stable in August

This Wednesday, July 27, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining reported that the price of fuel “remains unchanged and below the PPI” during the month of August.

In this sense, “Super 95 gasoline will continue at 80.9 pesos per liter, below the 83.4 pesos that it should cost according to the PPI, corresponding to the last month,” the Secretary of State said in a statement.

While 50S diesel will remain at 65 pesos per liter, when the URSEA recommended that it should rise to 69.60 according to the PPI in the period between June 26 and July 25.
