-The Board of Directors, according to the mandate of the OPP, eliminates existing vacancies

-Loss of real salary
Added to this conflict situation is the Neptune Project, which continues unresolved. This plan, which provides for the supply of drinking water to Montevideo, became a purchase from an individual who would keep the plant. This amount today is not within the budget of the OSE, therefore it will be a business that all Uruguayans will pay for in the long run, said Kreimerman. In this regard, if this sale is finalized, it would be an unconstitutional maneuver, given that the Magna Carta itself establishes that the water supply “is a natural resource essential for life. Access to drinking water and access to sanitation constitute fundamental human rights.
