The lawyer indicated that “at the level of the Nation’s Prosecutor’s Office, the analysis is pending, the expert opinion of the entire Tarata Bridge tender so that the theory of the case that we promoted can be demonstrated and then my client is put to rights”,
Juan Silva’s lawyer mentioned that, this Wednesday, July 27, he will go to the National Prosecutor’s Office to read the records of this case. Along these lines, he maintained that he will seek an appointment with the head of this institution, Liz Patricia Benavides Vargas.
“Tomorrow I am appearing at the Office of the Prosecutor of the Nation to read the proceedings. After reviewing, I will seek an appointment with the prosecutor of the Nation so that this rapprochement objectively occurs, “she sentenced.
Bruno Pacheco surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office
The former presidential secretary, Bruno Pacheco, has been at the disposal of the Special Team against Corruption of Power, in order to cooperate in the investigations against President Pedro Castillo, since last Saturday, July 23.
César Nakazaki took over as defense attorney for Pacheco, who—since Tuesday—does not have the detention measure filed against him, because Judge Manuel Chuyo Zavaleta ordered that the suspect be placed under house arrest.
