Sandinista lawyer threatens Article 66 with Cybercrime Law, La Prensa and 100% Noticias

Sandinista lawyer threatens Article 66 with Cybercrime Law, La Prensa and 100% Noticias

The lawyer and fanatic of the regime of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo, Harry Valle Palacio, threatened this media outlet, La Prensa and 100% Noticias, with taking legal action under the alleged violation of Law 1042, the Special Cybercrime Law, because He felt “discriminated against” and “defamed” when it was published that he is a loyal supporter of the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN), the ruling party.

Valle pointed out in a video released on his social networks that the three media outlets “defamed” him by publishing his photographs in activities in support of the Ortega Murillo regime, with FSLN flags, and in activities in support of the Nicaraguan dictatorship.

“Let the population know that these people who are behind it, who publish in these communication media, Article 66, La Prensa and 100% Noticias, carry out destructive journalism, they do not carry out serious, responsible, objective journalism that is based on the true,” said the Sandinista.

The Ortega lawyer assures that the independent media published that he was a court-appointed attorney and a public defender’s office, statements that were not published by Article 66.

“They forgot that in our legal system there is a Cybercrime Law that establishes a penalty for whoever spreads false news, insulting statements against people,” he threatened.

The Sandinista fanatic was the private attorney of Monsignor Leonardo Urbina, a priest from Boaco who is on trial for allegedly raping a minor. He could not stand the media and critical pressure on social networks that he resigned upon his departure from the initial hearing against the priest on July 20.

Valley crossed out Article 66 and the other two independent media of having a “political hatred” and exercising “destructive journalism” for which he felt defamed and discriminated against due to his faithful servility for the FSLN party, the same party that they have asked to be declared a “terrorist organization.”

“These media outlets took photos of me with FSLN flags, that I was in marches and all that. What they did was an act of discrimination against a person, because every Nicaraguan has the right to work regardless of their political ideology. And to me, these media discriminated against me for taking communion, for being a militant of the FSLN, “said the Ortega lawyer.

“They should exercise ethical, professional journalism because they cannot use their information field to discredit, denigrate, defame, offend and spread false information,” added Valle, but it is he himself who confirms the information we published in Article 66 about his fanaticism to the dictatorship that is accused of crimes against humanity.
