The mayor of Asunción, Oscar Nenecho Rodríguez, shot at Colorado deputy Hugo Ramirez, whom he described as a “delinquent” who used his position as president of the Municipal Board to place hundreds of planners.

Nenecho then alluded to a well-known case of overinvoicing made by Ramirez, when he was mayor of the capital. And he mentions millionaire expenses in alleged vehicle repairs, which never existed in reality, according to media publications.
