Minister José Gavidia on embezzlement investigation: "All the required information was delivered"

In statements to Canal N, he indicated that he had already clarified the circumstances in which the trip with his three daughters to Huánuco took place last March and indicated that he trusts justice and will go to testify every time he is summoned.

“I am ready to go to any instance. On Friday morning I was with the prosecutors and the prosecutors. All the required information and documentation was delivered, and we hope that the truth, which is in the best interest, will be clarified.”he expressed.

It should be noted that last Friday, July 22, the Public Ministry carried out a procedure at the Ministry of Defense to collect the testimony of Joseph Louis Gavidia as part of the preliminary investigation initiated by said trip.

This case began after the program “Punto final” broadcast a report in which it was revealed that Gavidia had traveled on a Navy plane with his daughters of 11, 15 and 31 years to Huánuco for an official activity between March 13 and 15 this year.
