On the occasion, the deputies present were analyzing the accusatory libel drawn up by some legislators to request this trial against Sandra Quiñónez.
After more than 5 hours of session, finally by 49 votes in favor, a vote was taken to declare an intermediate room in the session in Diputaos, at the proposal of the liberal deputy Eusebio Alvarenga.
It is expected that at 2:00 p.m. this Monday the extra session will resume in the Lower House, in order to continue with the treatment of the points that the accusatory libel has.
From the opposition, the main promoters of this political trial against the Attorney General of the State, confirmed that so far they still do not have enough votes for the approval of the political trial.
