Chamber of Commerce and Production assesses domain extinction bill

Santiago-. The Chamber of Commerce and Production assessed the domain extinction bill, which is currently undergoing approval in the National Congress. Carlos Iglesias, president of the institution, stressed that: ‘We hope that legislators reach a consensus that enriches us in the correct conduct of business, prevents illegal activities, as well as that legal experts manage to unify criteria if it should be a organic law or an ordinary law, in accordance with our Constitution’. In addition, he stressed that ‘part of our institutional role is to create an adequate business climate that guarantees compliance with the laws and promotes the country’s competitiveness.’
