By instructions from the board of directors of Mercados Nacionales de Cadena de Frío SA, and General Ranthy Berard, Merca Panamá will be open 24 hours a day this Saturday, July 23, to the general public and to carriers who continue to arrive to supply the different modules of the market.
This measure is given with the objective that producers and tenants can market their products once they enter the market and so that consumers have more time to buy the products.
“For this weekend we hope that carriers with agricultural cargo will continue to arrive, from the point of view of supply, we know that there are still conditions of strike and closure, we are on the lookout,” said Ranthy Berard, general manager of the Chain of Cold SA
For this weekend the owners and managers of modules meet with different products to continue offering food to the population.
