A communication from the institution of order indicates that the detainees are Jeremy de Jesus Rodriguez Evangelista (Silver Monkey), 20 years old; Argenis Nerlys Morillo de los Santos (El Rubito), 19; Christopher Arredondo (The Prota), of 20; Reinaldo Antonio Garcia (Danyer) and a teenage girl, whose identity is withheld.
The Police said that according to the investigations, Pérez Ventura was contacted on social networks by Rodríguez Evangelista and Morillo de los Santos, who, together with the minor, would have committed the crime.

The investigation also establishes that later the alleged authors of the death of Pérez Ventura contacted García and Arredondo to sell the Honda Civic car stolen from the victim.
