“What do I do, can I put up with being the president’s family? Being a family of the president I am unemployed. They form groups to investigate my family, but the rest of the population there are massacres every day, criminals in the streets, many raped girls of my age or younger. At what point do they attack them?he added.
Throughout her responses to the Oversight Commission this Friday, Yenifer Paredes responded several times that she has an impediment to work with the State but not with private companies, for which she provided services to Hugo Espino’s company.
“At the beginning I was told that I could not contract with the State. That is why I stopped working in a public entity that I was previously working, but I was not told that I could not work in a private entity because there they would be violating my fundamental right to work “he asserted.
Likewise, he denied having committed any type of influence peddling because he assured that he only did his job of registering two communities for an evaluation of the viability of water and sanitation works.
“At what point have I been a link? I have never engaged in influence peddling. If you see, I am doing my work with a community. I have not promised anything, I have not done influence peddling “he pointed.
