Edesur asks dissatisfied customers to go check their invoice

The electricity distributor Edesur Dominican asked its customers who are not satisfied with the billed electricity service to go to the company so that their cases are reviewed.

“We apologize for any situation where you as customers do not feel well cared for, we are working to improve service and attention, educating about a new culture in the company, to cause a change in behavior, both in the offices and with the staff. technician,” he said.
