The president of the Commission for Hydraulic Resources, Potable Water and Sanitation of the Chamber of Deputies, Rubén Gregorio Muñoz (Morena), affirmed that for years the State was negligent in the care of water, for which it is necessary that the Legislature contemplate this item on your agenda.
