This Monday, 4,353 Covid cases are reported; most are in Cochabamba

The country’s Covid-19 infections reach 4,353 cases, according to the report from the Ministry of Health, which reports the death of seven people due to the disease. The departments with the most infections are: Cochabamba (1,658) and Santa Cruz (1,298).

Secondly, on the day 2,165 patients recovered from the coronavirus and were discharged, reported the Ministry of Health.

Throughout this Monday, July 18 11,231 vaccines were applied to prevent serious cases of Covid-19. With them, the cumulative number of applied vaccines reaches 14,412,754. These are distributed: 6,264,344 first doses; 5,045,826 seconds; 998,652 single doses; 1,806,248 third and 297,684 fourth doses.

This Tuesday, July 19, the Health authorities from all over the country will meet in Santa Cruz to assess the status of anticovid immunization and to formulate strategies to improve it.
