The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (Edenorte) annulled the tender awarded for the purchase of conductors and electrical materialsfor an amount that exceeds 220 million pesos.

The state institution says that they are committed to making their public contracting processes transparent, for which it certifies that all the phases and the documentation of the process in question are duly published in the transactional portal of the General Directorate of Public Procurement (DGCP).
Among the anomalies denounced by Somos Pueblo is that Eléctricos Profesionales SRL does not have the certification to supply the material requested by Edenorte.
According to what they say, the Northern Electricity Distribution Company disqualified other companies that did not have those permits from the process.
Likewise, the competing companies presented bids with up to 80 million pesos less than what was offered by the beneficiary.
