Judicial issues in Paraguay are always subject to attention and because we do not have the capacity to comply with the mandate of the norm. It must be one of the few countries where someone is sentenced to 15 years and does not go to prison, but instead negotiates again and shamelessly exhibits himself before his fellow citizens saying, “I am much more important than the Law, I can move without any cost.” for me”.
There are many other similar cases and several of them have to do with politicians, which shows that justice is a hostage of corrupt politicians, of those who have even been proven in practice to have committed criminal acts, who have been convicted but who, however, does not go to jail, that is a very bad sign, especially for those bad guys who get stronger and those who want to imitate them, because they know that in Paraguay, if someone commits a crime, they have only 1% chance of being sent to prison, and 99% escape from any jail term.
