A statement issued this morning by the Popular Participation Movement (MPP) assures that the former senator of the Broad Front, Lucía Topolansky, suffered a domestic accident which led to hospitalization.
Consulted by El Observador, the senator for the Broad Front and leader of the MPP, Alejandro Sánchez, confirmed that Topolansky suffered a fall in the shower on Saturday night and, as a consequence, he fractured his wrist and cracked his hip. The senator noted that Topolansky had a good night and that he “is fine, despite the blows.”
From the MPP they affirmed that the former senator has already begun the recovery process in Casmu where she is hospitalized.
