John Daniel Oviedocurrent director of the National Administrative Department of Statistics (Dane), is one of the most approved officials in President Iván Duque’s portfolio.

Oviedo significantly transformed data collection in the country and ensured that during the pandemic there was a detailed record of what was happening in the territory.
