Hanoi, Dec 13 (Prensa Latina) Until the end of November in Vietnam there were 10 thousand 137 road accidents that left 5 thousand 111 dead, for respective decreases of 24.72 and 17.76 percent, reported today the National Safety Committee of the Traffic.
