One day after her ex-husband and former President Donald Trump announced Ivana Trump’s death, the New York City Chief Medical Examiner ruled that she died accidentally due to blunt impact injuries to the torso resulting from a fall.
Paramedics discovered her after responding to a call about a woman lying at the bottom of the stairs of her home on New York’s Upper East Side. She died right there. She was 73 years old.
Ivana and Donald Trump were married from 1977 to 1992. They had three children: Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.
After a long and bitter public litigation, Ivana and Donald Trump have finally settled the terms of their divorce. Ivana received $14 million, plus a Greenwich mansion, an apartment in Trump Plaza and the use of the 118-bedroom Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida for one month a year.
On his Truth Social platform, Trump wrote: “I am deeply saddened to inform all who loved her, which is many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, amazing woman who led a great and inspiring life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric. She was as proud of them as we all were of her. Rest in peace Ivana!
Ivana Trump had trouble walking and pain in the hip area. She was often seen being assisted on walks around the neighborhood, according to reports.
