Parents protest to demand that Mayor Benigno Cornejo finish construction of the garden

Parents of kindergarten students APIPA Sector III protested today at the institution’s headquarters to demand that the mayor of the district of Cerro Colorado finish the construction of the classrooms.

With posters in hand, the upset parents said that the work should have been delivered in april after the delay they scheduled for today July 15, but there was no such progress, meanwhile, the 65 children from 3 to 5 years old They study in the community hall, in precarious conditions.

The commitment to deliver the work today was assumed in a previous protest, but despite this, the work has not progressed. According to the information received by the parents, it is necessary to place the doors, windows, equip the classrooms and environments such as the kitchen.

The director of the institution reported that its atmosphere of address shared with children in a classroomdue to lack of space and at least 10 students withdrew from the 75 initially enrolled, due to the lack of classrooms and lack of hygienic services.
