Madrid (EFE) .- The Spanish Police have arrested three minors as alleged perpetrators of the murder with knives of a 15-year-old member of the Trinitarios youth gang, on the night of February 5 in the center of Madrid .
The three arrested are linked to an opposing gang, supposedly the Dominican Don’t Play (DDP), and in the search of their homes, white weapons and identification elements of the organization were found, the Police reported this Friday.
The Juvenile Judge decreed the release of one of the detainees, and supervised release for the other two, despite the fact that the prosecution requested internment for the three, legal sources told Efe. The events occurred on the night of February 5, known as “night of the falls”, at the gates of a nightclub, at the end of a party for children under 16 years of age.
Then, a group of young people, presumably members of the Dominican Don’t Play, wielding knives, attacked the victim, who was also carrying a machete. The 15-year-old minor received a machete blow to the chest, which collapsed him and when the doctors from the emergency service arrived, they could only confirm his death.
After five months of police investigations, the agents managed to identify the alleged perpetrators of the homicide, locate them and arrest them last Wednesday, with which the Police solved the last crime related to youth gangs in Madrid that remained to be clarified.

On April 27, an 18-year-old boy, a member of the Dominican Don’t Play gang, died in the Villaverde neighborhood, in the south of the capital, after an attack by the Trinitarians in revenge for the crime at the disco. Two weeks later, seven minors related to the gang were arrested for the event.
The same night of Saturday, February 5, another alleged 25-year-old Trinidadian was murdered in a park in the south of Madrid. The Police have already arrested six members of the DDP for this crime.
During that first weekend of February there were other brawls related to clashes between youth gangs, for which the Government Delegation reinforced the anti-gang plan with more than 500 Police officers deployed in the “hottest” areas of the capital, which in the first four months resulted in 476 arrests, 47,692 identifications and 291 seized weapons.
