The body of Merlis García was located last Monday in the room of his residence located in the Calicanto urbanization, Flor Amarillo, Valencia, Carabobo.
The first police reports indicate that García was with his partner sharing in a celebration that took place in Güigüe (Carabobo) on Saturday night.
From there they went to Garcia’s house where the murder took place. The woman’s relatives lost communication with her all weekend, so they decided to go to her house and found her body lying in the living room.
In another incident, the body of Jesús Vasquez was located early this Wednesday on the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro highway near the Santa Ana neighborhood, Carapita, Caracas, according to police reports.
Witnesses observed that Vasquez was going to the place where he kept his truck and on the way he was ambushed by subjects who killed him, according to the versions collected.
The body was left lying on the pavement. Blood stains can be seen around him, as well as on his right hand. They presume that they killed him in other places and released the body on that section of the highway. Cicpc agents went to the site, lifted the body and began investigations to clarify the murder.
