A total of 97 Venezuelans, from Ecuador, returned to the country on Tuesday through the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, a program promoted by the National Executive so that compatriots could return to the country after the acts of violence and xenophobia.
Last February, President Nicolás Maduro announced that “for the month of March we are going to have a new phase of the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, we are going to triple the number of flights to bring Venezuelans who are already registered in the Plan”.
For this reason, Ecuador became the first route for the implementation of a new phase of the Plan Vuelta a la Patria.
The next destination will be Peru, where there is already a team to prepare all Venezuelans who wish to return to the country.
