His mother, Obdulia Florenciano, sadly recalled this date, assuring that today marks another anniversary of when an important member of their family was taken from them.

A “march for peace” is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. in the district of Arroyito to commemorate the anniversary of the kidnapping of noncommissioned officer Edelio Morínigo.
