Agents belonging to the Pucyura Police Station (Cusco), arrested a subject for the alleged rape of a septuagenarian; capture made last Wednesday at 04:00 in the Tantañay sector of the Rural Community of Ayarmaca.

Juan de Dios Puma (44), is the individual intervened and arrested after being accused of sexually abusing the citizen of initials MFDC (71), who appeared at the police station, stating that he had been the victim of the crime against sexual freedom inside his home by his neighbor who presumably was in drunk state.
PNP personnel proceeded with the intervention and arrest of the accused, who was in flagrante delicto, being immediately taken as a detainee to the police facility.
The incident was brought to the attention of the Provincial Prosecutor. specialized in crimes of violence against women and members of the family group of the province of Anta, who decided to continue with the proceedings according to law.
