7 people arrested for attack on the Anzoátegui electrical substation

Tarek William Saab: Public Ministry will summon former candidate González Urrutia

They will be charged with illicit trafficking, marketing of strategic material and association to commit a crime.

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported through the Public Ministry account on the social network Instagram that 7 people were arrested who would be involved in “the attack perpetrated against the Atapirire Electrical Substation, located in the municipality. Francisco de Miranda, from the state of Anzoátegui.”

The subjects were identified as Derwin Castellano Sanguino, Alexander Amaya Gonzalez, Luis Camauta “Guaja”, José Camauta “Rafa”, Anderson Guarapano Zamora, Luis Guarapano Ojeda and Ronald Ramírez Bravo.

According to Saab, they intended to carry out vandalism with the aim of causing damage to the National Electrical System.

The crimes for which they will be charged are illicit trafficking and commercialization of strategic material, and association to commit a crime.
