Jesús Luis Hurtado García, 53 years old, was arrested in the Villa Chinita urbanization, Domitila Flores parish, in San Francisco, Zulia state, for alleged sexual abuse against several minors.
Neighbors told a commission from the Bolivarian Police Corps of the state of Zulia (Cpbez) that the man used to arrive at their residence on a motorcycle accompanied by teenagers, they presumed to have sexual encounters with them.
They reported that one of their “potential victims” had recently entered the urbanization. Upon moving to the scene, the uniformed officers found a teenager who stated that he had been forced by Hurtado García to have sex with him.
The agents arrested the alleged attacker. The minor was taken to the El Gaitero Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI), where he received medical attention, while the 50-year-old was placed in police custody, placed at the disposal of Prosecutor’s Office 37 of the Public Ministry, the body in charge of continuing the investigations.
Prisoner for hitting his mother
Officials from the Municipal Police of Carrizal, in the state of Miranda, arrested Jairo Ramos, 43, for hitting his 78-year-old mother.
The incident occurred on Santa María Street in the Barrio Bolívar sector.
After receiving the complaint, the officials moved to the place where they captured the subject.
The mother was taken to an outpatient clinic because she had multiple bruises on her face and an open wound on her left cheekbone, which required five stitches.
Ramos was placed under the orders of the 2nd Prosecutor’s Office of the Miranda state for the corresponding actions.
