Judge Yoan Paul López decided to order preventive detention for the accused Paraguayan Cubas, prosecuted for disturbance of public peace and several other punishable acts.
After the hearing on the imposition of measures held this Saturday via telematics, during which Paraguayo Cubas filled judge Yoan Paul López with insults, finally, The magistrate decreed preventive detention for the defendant, considering that there is a risk of flight if he were granted house arrest.
