50 community observers watch over the consultative process in Miranda

Some 50 community leaders from all over the country participate as observers and accompany the process of the Popular Consultation 2023which takes place this Sunday throughout the entity.

The information was released by the Secretary of Communes of the Regional Government, José Daniel Pérez, who added that the representatives of Popular Power come from the states of Anzoátegui, Delta Amacuro, Bolívar, Yaracuy, La Guaira, Trujillo, Portuguesa, and Guárico. and Aragua, review press release from the government, reports AVN.

He also mentioned that there are spokespersons for the Bloque de Comunas from all the parishes in Caracas participating as veedores. “We are talking about the fact that they are representative leaders of the country’s community leadership,” he specified.

Pérez explained that after the arrival of these representatives to the entity, they participated in working groups in which they reviewed all the policies implemented in the Miranda Governorate to strengthen participatory and protagonist democracy.

“On Friday we reviewed laws of People’s Power and yesterday we were in Petare reviewing the political and organic agenda in the communal sphere (…) during the tables, Governor Héctor Rodríguez communicated with them and thanked them for accompanying the Popular Consultation,” he said. .

Finally, he informed that there will be two observers for each municipality of the entity and explained that after completing the entire process, they will be in charge of preparing a report to evaluate the electoral initiative and seek to replicate the experience in the states where they come from.
