46% of covid cases in Bolivia are in Santa Cruz

According to the daily report of the Ministry of Health, Santa Cruz registered 236 of the 512 infections reported in the country, that is, 46%. 85 were detected in the department of La Paz, 83 in Cochabamba, 76 in Chuquisaca, 19 in Beni, 8 in Tarija, 3 in Oruro and 2 in Potosí.

With the index 8% positivitya medium transmission phase and a daily average of infections of 154the fifth wave of covid-19 is felt more strongly in the department of Santa Cruz.

The report of recovered patients by department Santa Cruz exposes 29 people who beat the virus49 in Cochabamba, 234 in La Paz, 33 in Chuquisaca, 65 in Tarija, 8 in Potosí, 1 in Oruro, 0 in Beni and 18 in Pando.

As for immunization, 10,388 doses were applied throughout the national territory. Till the date 14,056,342 doses were applied between the first, second, third, single dose and fourth dose to the different age groups of the Sputnik V, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer and Janssen vaccines.

of which 6,222,049 public health workers, teachers, the elderly, children, adolescents, people over 18 years of age and pregnant women, received the first dose of the vaccine against covid-19, likewise, 4,994,343 were applied for the second; 998,652 for the single dose, 1,622,740 for the third and 218,558 for the fourth dose.
