45 cases of covid-19 registered the government of Nicolás Maduro, this Saturday, September 24.
According to the information offered by the vice president of the republic, Delcy Rodriguez, 43 of these covid cases were due to community transmission and two were imported.
Likewise, the official said that where there were more cases of covid-19, in the last hours, it was in the state of Zulia (19), with active infections in three municipalities; and they are followed by Caracas (14), Miranda (4) and Bolívar (2).

On the other hand, Rodríguez indicated that, since the arrival of the coronavirus in Venezuela in March 2022, 544,450 infections have been registered, while 537,759 infected have recovered (99%).
He said that a total of 5,814 deaths have been registered, while there are currently 877 active cases.
“The Bolivarian Government of President Nicolás Maduro continues to work to guarantee the attention and protection of the people against covid-19. The awareness and discipline of Venezuelans have been key in the fight against the virus. Let’s continue to comply with special care, “said Delcy Rodríguez.
