According to the police, the man was detected by the director of the campus for ladies, who observed him in one of the bathrooms.

The authorities indicated that the 43-year-old subject, identified as César Walter Solís Calero, would be immersed in the crime against sexual freedom-acts against the modesty of minors in the degree of attempt.
