Caracas Control Court decreed conviction consisting of 4 years and 10 days in prison for José Manuel Díaz Acosta (26), after admitting his responsibility in sexual abuse against a 13 -year -old teenager, the Prosecutor’s Office reported.
Such events occurred on March 5 of this year, when the victim’s mother went to the Cicpc in the Carlos Arvelo (Güigüe) municipality of the Carabobo state. The victim’s mother presented in the complaint that, when reviewing her son’s phone, she realized that Díaz Acosta had sent the young man a series of messages with threats, obscene words and cash requests.
After talking with his son, the teenager told him that in previous days he visited the domicile of Díaz Acosta, located in the Los Libertadores de la Parroquia Güigüe sector, when the perpetrator took him by his arms and introduced him by force in the house.
Once inside the property, Díaz Acosta sexually abused him. With this information, a commission of CICPC officials materialized the apprehension of the victimizer on March 14 to make it available to the Public Ministry.
At the preliminary hearing, the 22nd Prosecutor’s Office of Carabobo, ratified the accusation against Díaz Acosta for the commission of sexual abuse without penetration in a degree of continuity, in addition to threat.
After hearing the admission of facts by the defendant, the 9th Court of Control in said jurisdiction issued the aforementioned conviction against Díaz Acosta and ordered his imprisonment in the judicial internship new men new penalty of Tocuyito.
