In response to a complaint filed by the Coordinator of the “Valmore Rodríguez” Voting Center, members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, through Detachment 113 of Zone Command No. 11 of the Bolivarian National Guard, arrested 4 citizens for the alleged crimes of Personal Injury, Resistance to Authority, Disturbance of Public Order and Incitement to Hatred.
According to citizen Yolimar Lugo, Coordinator of the “Valmore Rodríguez” Voting Center, located in the La Rosa parish of the Cabimas municipality of the state of Zulia, in the morning hours she was physically and verbally attacked in front of the doors of the Electoral Center, according to a press release from the GNB-Zulia.
The now detained were identified as: Katherine del Valle Mogollón Mogollón, 37 years old, Delymar del Carmen Pérez Acosta, 44 years old, Kiara Eugenia Urdaneta Mogollón, 35 years old and Marilin Josefina Espina Mogollón, 54 years old.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office15 was notified by this procedure.
