Amid cheers, applause and shouts of joy from their families, 3,721 members of the Army, the Air Force and the National Guard – including 91 generals – were promoted to the next higher rank during a ceremony held in the context of the 115th anniversary of the Mexican Revolution, at the Military School of Engineers, in Mexico City.
