As stated emmolBefore the news, the president of the Transport Commission of the Regional Council, Manuel Millones (UDI) pointed out the following: “I deeply regret the way of having taken a seremi out the window, without any explanation. A note is sent saying that he resigned, but that is not effective. He was removed from office.”
In any case, Millones assured that “there are a series of demands in an inherited conflict. It is not the responsibility of this Government or of this SEREMI for the structural conflicts that have not been able to be resolved or that they have not wanted to face.”
“There are several complaints and investigations requested from the Comptroller, particularly on the unit that has to do with Transportation, where subsidies and payments from businessmen are controlled. The SEREMI had the best intentions of solving those problems that the community has raised. and probably tried to do things that were impossible and apparently gained the power of evil.”
