The 3rd Court of First Instance in Trial Functions with national jurisdiction and jurisdiction in cases linked to crimes associated with terrorism, issued a conviction against four people involved in sabotage maneuvers against the National Electrical System (SEN).
According to a press release from the MPPEE, citizens Freddy Llovera, Pedro Rodríguez, Wilfredo Martínez and Brayan González are sentenced to 30 years in prison for the crimes of terrorism, association to commit a crime and illicit trade in strategic materials, foreseen and sanctioned in the Organic Law against Organized Crime and Financing of Terrorism.
