The murdered woman’s children were 10, 7 and 5 years old, whose bodies were located by their grandmother the next day.
The Caracas Control Court 4 with Jurisdiction in Crimes of Violence against Women, sentenced Wilfredo Gregorio Paz Paz to 30 years in prison for murdering his ex-partner and her three children.
According to sources in the justice system, the man admitted his participation in the incident and, consequently, the Court imposed the sentence on him.
The events occurred on August 23, in Ciudad Caribia, Libertador municipality (Caracas), when the subject entered the house presuming that he would find his ex-partner with another man.
The subject argued with the woman because he found an ID of the alleged new partner of Viviana Lilibeta García, whom he murdered with a knife. The children witnessed the incident and the man chased them to the bathroom where they hid and also murdered them with knives.
The victims were 10, 7 and 5 years old, whose bodies were located by their grandmother the next day. The subject was arrested in La Vega.
