A child under 3 years old died in the city of Carmarthenshire (Wales), when his father ran him over on a farm in this town. Authorities later concluded that it was just an accident.
According to the investigations, the event occurred on August 3, 2021 when his father started driving. a truck carrying a trailer with dirt, while playing in the yard 3-year-old Ianto Jenkinsher older sister and a cousin.

“The only thing I can think of right now is that Ianto must have been in a blind spotor had moved near the trailer while I was looking in my other mirror or forward to make sure this area was clear,” Jenkins added.
The man was unaware of what had happened. until he got a call from his mominforming him of the tragedy.
“When I was reaching the road I received a call from my mother and she said that Ianto was dead. It was the worst call of my life. I still have memories of the accident and there is not a day that I do not think about what happened. The pain and the guilt will stay with me for the rest of my life,” he finally stated.

Forensic authorities were able to determine that the minor’s death was caused by a “head injury” caused by impact with a loaded trailer and that the van never hit the boy.
