25,424 anticovid doses were applied this Friday in the country and the cases reach 5,935

There are 5,935 cases of Covid-19 registered in the countrythis Friday, according to the Ministry of Health, which reports six deaths as a result of the coronavirus, and the recovery of 3,647 recovered patients.

The central axis continues to concentrate the majority of infections, 74%. Cochabamba is the department with the most cases, with 1,876. Then there is Santa Cruz with 1,485, and La Paz with 1,004. The departments with fewer infections, on the contrary, are Beni (89) and Pando (77).

The Ministry stressed that this Friday there was a “rise in vaccination”, since 25,424 anticovid doses were applied. The accumulated number of vaccines administered reaches 14,509,478. Of these, 275,470 are first doses; 5,057,222, second; 998,652 single doses; 1,858,162, third and 319,972, fourth doses.
