Katherine Andrea Martínez Martínez, known as alias Gabriela, accepted her responsibility through a pre-agreement with the Attorney General’s Office.
After reviewing the agreed terms, a specialized judge from Bogotá endorsed the agreement and imposed a sentence of 254 months in prison, equivalent to more than 21 years in prison.
According to the judicial investigation, alias Gabriela was not the material author of the attack, but she did play a determining role within the criminal structure.
The authorities established that he participated in previous meetings and collaborated in obtaining and transferring the weapon used in the attack, a pistol manufactured by the Austrian company Glock Ges.mbH. For the Prosecutor’s Office, His intervention was essential in the logistics that allowed the plan to be executed.
The pre-agreement included the acceptance of crimes such as aggravated homicide and conspiracy. In exchange for recognizing his responsibility and providing information to advance the case, he obtained a reduction in the sentence within the legal limits.
The court decision was considered a significant advance in the clarification of one of the most shocking political crimes of 2025.
This sentence is added to other determinations adopted within the process, including the sanction imposed on the minor who fired the weapon under the juvenile criminal responsibility system.
