She was a few steps from her house when she was sexually assaulted. Her screams and her tears were drowned in the bathroom by her aggressor who mercilessly sexually abused his neighbor, a girl of only 5 years old, a friend of her little sister. After committing the reprehensible act, seeing that the girl was bleeding and did not stop crying in pain, Edgard Arnold Gonzales Ortiz (25), carried the little girl and handed her over to her mother, saying that she had fallen. The minor was taken to the Chilca health center where they discovered that she had been mercilessly abused.

The little girl told her 45-year-old mother what her neighbor did to her. The doctor alerted the police from the Chilca district police station, who quickly went to the house at Jirón Florida 1640 in Azapampa and, knocking on the door, Edgar Gonzales Ortiz came out and was framed.

The relatives of the little girl ask that the full weight of the law fall on the rapist. “The aggressor took her to watch television and then insulted her. He will be made available to the authorities,” said PNP Colonel César Ramos.
