21 years in prison for drugging and abusing a teenager

The 2nd Trial Court of La Guaira handed down a sentence of 21 years and 6 months in prison against Pedro Ángel Falcón Rojas (42), for sexual abuse and supply of narcotics to a minor under 14 years of age, the Prosecutor’s Office reported. This event occurred on September 25, 2024 in an abandoned property in the Guanape II sector of the La Guaira parish, belonging to the state of the same name.

During the night of that date, neighbors in the area alerted the victim’s mother after observing the teenager entering the aforementioned home with Falcón Rojas.

Later, when she went to the scene, the mother found her son with the defendant consuming illicit substances; For this reason, they immediately took him from the place and went to the regional police headquarters to report that the aggressor was sexually abusing the teenager and threatening to throw him off a ravine so that he would not tell what happened.

Given these circumstances, the aggressor was apprehended in the same sector on September 30, 2024 and placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry.

In the trial, the 8th Prosecutor’s Office of the aforementioned jurisdiction ratified the accusation against Falcón Rojas for the crime of sexual abuse aggravated with penetration of a teenager in a continuous degree and supplies of harmful substances.

Once the means and evidence presented by the prosecutor’s representation had been evaluated, the 2nd Trial Court of La Guiara handed down the sentence against the man, who will serve his sentence at the Capital Region Rodeo III Judicial Confinement Center, located in Guatire (Miranda).
