According to a statement from the Public Ministry, judges Venecia Rojas, José Juan Jiménez and Julio Araujo ordered that the convicted person serve his sentence at the San Felipe Correction and Rehabilitation Center in that province.

The litigating prosecutor Mariela Hernández supported the accusation in the substantive trial with the presentation of the psychological and forensic medical evaluations, as well as the testimony of the affected person, obtained through the Gesell Chamber procedure.
Regarding the facts, the Public Ministry presented the legal classification of violation of articles 332-1 and 332-2 of the Penal Code, modified by Law 24-97, which criminalizes and punishes incest.
The convicted also violated article 396, literals B and C, of Law 136-03, which establishes the Code for the Protection System and the Fundamental Rights of Children and Adolescents, regarding psychological and sexual abuse against minors. age.
