Officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) seized more than 1,600 liters of gasoline, in Cayo Herradura, an island that is part of the Isla La Tortuga Federal Dependency.

The FANB remains deployed throughout the national territory to deal with smuggling.

In the work, the troops of the FANB they disabled clandestine airstrips and destroyed logistics structures linked to the group Terroristas Armados Narcotraficantes de Colombia (Tancol).
The actions undertaken by the FANB respond to the instruction given by President Nicolás Maduro, who declared the year 2022 a free year for the Tancols.
