The Argentine justice system dismissed the legal case against the first 14 crew members of the Venezuelan cargo airline Emtrasur, illegally kidnapped in Argentina.
The information was confirmed by the journalist Madelein García, a reporter for the multi-state channel Telesur, through her social networks.
The communicator shared the decision issued by Chamber III of the Federal Chamber of La Plata, in which it is ruled that the crew members are acquitted of all accusations of “terrorism” argued by the United States.
This decision confirms the innocence of the crew, although five of the crew members are still missing to be acquitted of the charges against them.
The judicial decision also contemplates the lifting of the retention measure of the Emtrasur plane, that is, the criminal case was lifted, thus confirming that the aircraft was never linked to terrorist actions.
It was also possible to know that those affected will possibly take actions to sue the Delegation of Israeli Associations of Argentina, journalists, among others for defamation, libel and damage to the morale of the crew accused of “terrorism” and held in Argentina.
The sentence occurs after the United States Government ordered last Thursday to definitively confiscate the plane, for allegedly violating the export control laws of the North American country.
