Failure to comply with this provision will be sufficient grounds for the corresponding notification, which will conclude with the collection of the fine or the legal establishment of responsibilities for damage to the public good.
For this purpose, photographic evidence of bad occupancy or damage will be raised.
Patricio Carrasco, director of the Municipal Council of Citizen Security of Ambato (Comseca), stated that if citizens are found burning the puppets in public spaces will be penalized for misuse of the same that leads to a penalty fee 30% of the unified basic salary.
