1,156 infections by covid today in Santa Cruz, a figure that has not been given since January 27

The report from the Departmental Health Service indicated that this Thursday Santa Cruz had 1,156 positive cases, a figure that had not been reached since January 27 of this year. The positivity rate was 28%, the highest in the last six months.

The cases of this day were distributed in 42 municipalities. Santa Cruz de la Sierra had 960 cases.

23 people are admitted to intensive care units, 10 of them attached to an artificial respirator.

5,425 vaccinated there were on this day. With this, 76% of the population has already received the first dose of their respective vaccine, 63% have the second dose, and only 17% have the third dose.
